As the strategic lead behind this design-led initiative, I identified inconsistencies and performance gaps across card-based components within our digital ecosystem. Partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design system teams, I developed a scalable content and component strategy alongside my team, focused on visual hierarchy, content clarity, and modular flexibility.
By standardizing card usage through prioritized tiers, aligning each with specific business and user goals, and introducing thoughtful guidelines for structure and content intent, we improved consistency, boosted engagement, and supported a more unified expansion of pages and features.
