Project Goals

Increase customers usage of our digital loyalty experiences to increase satisfaction, reach of our digital marketing and reduce wait times at MGM Rewards Desk.

  • Reduce digital churn rate

  • Help guests view and understand their rewards program and benefits easily, and take advantage of the offers and challenges to scale tiers.

  • Migrate the current experience to Vega Design System and content management system
